• Send us your console
• We repair your console and call you when it's ready
• You make payment
• We send your console back or you can collect 
• Delivery Fees; please note that we can arrange for your console to be collected and returned.
• For XBOX 360, PS3 and Wii we charge £10. For DS/PSP we charge £7.50 EACH WAY. However if you post or deliver your console to us, you will only be charged for your console to be returned.
